Building and Room Signage

If you need permanent signage for your department, contact Facilities Management. If you want to create temporary signage in your building, to be placed in hallways or outside offices/rooms, there are Canva templates available in the section below.

Email Letterhead

Western uses many different bulk email systems (Slate, Mail Chimp, Fire Engine Red, and others). The following is an example of a letterhead-styled email template first developed for use in Admissions, but it can be used by anyone who is sending bulk HTML emails.

The compiled HTML version has all the CSS inlined and the HTML has the HTML and CSS separate.

Canva Templates Currently Unavailable

Due to a recent change in Canva’s platform, sharing template links is now restricted. This means we can no longer post WWU-branded templates on our site in a way that’s accessible to all users. As a result, our Canva templates are temporarily unavailable.

University Communications and Marketing is working with ATUS to explore alternative solutions. In the meantime, if you need design support, please send your request to creative@wwu.edu.

Thank you for your patience!
