Sometimes the scope of remediation or the required turnaround time on a request internally at Western can be difficult to satisfy. When these needs arise, requesting a quote from a vendor can be a good option.

Department of Enterprise Services (DES) Vendors

The DES offers a state contract with vendors that WWU can use for procuring PDF remediation services. You can review the contract vendor options and terms for using this contract, and submit that info through the Contract Management Module (CMM).
